Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using any Renoted app (Metro, Pitch, or Score), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our apps.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the app's source code
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notices
- Transferring the app to another person or "mirroring" it on any server
Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features in our apps require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

- One-time purchases grant permanent access to Pro features
- We do not offer refunds directly — please contact Apple for refund requests
Your Content
You retain all rights to any content you import or create within our apps, including sheet music, annotations, and setlists. We do not claim any ownership of your content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import, including compliance with copyright laws for sheet music.
Disclaimer
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of our apps is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultralight Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our apps.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
